Research

The hobby of research was innate to me. However, it would take a corporate job in my early twenties to show me the high that research gave me. As the youngest member of a professional medical team, it was my job to approve leaves of absence for work related injuries. For the most part it was straightforward work, occasionally, though, a tough case crossed my desk. One day mid hunt, I felt life tap on the shoulder and whisper, “You love this, don’t you?” I barely blinked and whispered back, “I do.” Today, more than thirty years later, I still love it. What’s even better is I get to write about and share my discoveries with you.
